Philosophy and Therapeutic Values

Dr. Cutrone believes that healing begins with connection. At the heart of her practice is a belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship—built on trust, safety, and empathy. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, or relationship difficulties, her goal is to help each client develop a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and experience meaningful growth.

She also recognizes that each individual brings a unique history and cultural context to therapy. Her multicultural lens allows her to provide affirming care to people from all backgrounds, with a special sensitivity to issues of identity, acculturation, and systemic barriers.
